The David Squires Foundation provides scholarships for students. This years scholarship period is now open until October 31st, 2022. Full time Canadian students may apply. All eligible students are encouraged to apply for the opportunity to receive a scholarship from the David Squires Foundation.

Application Process
In order to apply for the David Squires Scholarship for Students, you must fill out the application form. The form will ask for your personal information, as well as your educational background and plans. You will also be asked to disclose your financial information. It is important that your information is accurate, as the selection committee will use it to help make their decision.

Student Eligibility Criteria
- A student number is required to apply for a scholarship
- Social insurance number is also required so that we may issue a T4A Tax Form
- Must be a full-time student
- Must be a Canadian Citizen OR a Landed Immigrant
- Have successfully completed 2 full semesters in an IT program
Scholarship Program Requirements
The college/university student must be receiving education for one of the following categories relating to an IT specialty:
- Computer Engineering
- Computer Information Systems
- Computer Science
- Computer Technology
- Information Management Systems
- Information Technology
- Network Security
- Network Technology
- Other Computer or IT Program (Please provide details)
As long as your desired field of study is related to IT, you are considered for the program respective of which category you fall into.
